Program Description: | The Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate Program is conducted over three consecutive days. It begins with an overview of Six Sigma as a tool for improving and sustaining organizational processes. The program further focuses on providing participants with an understanding of the methodologies of Six Sigma and how to apply them in the successful completion of organizational projects. The program teaches the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design and Control); DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design and Verify) and DMEDI (Define, Measure, Explore, Develop and Implement) processes with the associate inputs, tools, techniques and outputs of each phase. |
